Other Legal Resources
There are many reasons an individual may not qualify for the free services of the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society, but the most common one is our income restrictions. Other legal resources are available which may be able to provide assistance and they are listed below.
- Indiana Legal Services, a statewide organization that is part of the federally funded Legal Services Corporation.
- Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic is a faith-based organization with offices in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne.
- The Indianapolis Bar Association offers a variety of Legal Advice programs, including Ask A Lawyer, Free Wills Clinic, and Legal Line.
- Indiana Legal Help, a website developed by The Coalition for Court Access has a number of resources to help you, including Toolkits and Self-Help Forms as well as information on Going to Court without a Lawyer.
