The phones are extremely busy from 9:00 until 10:30 am, and 1:00 to 2:00 pm.  The phones are not answered between noon and 1:00 pm when the office is closed for lunch.  If you are unable to reach us, please try calling later in the day.  Please note we are unable to give any advise via email.
